Overview of the Firm

Ann Burke Spalding practices exclusively in the area of probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, administration, and planning.

She represents fiduciaries, individuals and charitable organizations in complex estate and trust matters, including representation in will and trust contests, elective share claims, and actions to construe, modify and reform wills and trusts. She also represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and creditors in connection with the administration of trusts and estates. She assists families in planning ahead to try and avoid disputes. When disputes do arise, she works hard to resolve them before they fall into litigation. She brings nearly 20 years of large law firm experience to her niche practice.
